Our founder, Metin Vatansever, took his first steps into the leather industry in 1985 as an apprentice at a company that was the largest exporter in its sector in Turkey. Over the years, he gained extensive experience by working in every aspect of leather garment production. In 1996, he established Meder Leder Ltd. Sti., blending leather with fashion and bringing the elegance of leather into modern designs to become a symbol of a new lifestyle and sense of grace. In 2019, he made a significant move toward digitalization, continuing to serve our valued customers under the brand Capella Leather.
